~~~ The Tennis Villas I + II ~~~

The Tennis Villas on Breezy Hill are a remote and calm place for real relaxing and privacy.

~~~ The Tennis Villas outside ~~~
The Tennis Villas can be reached from all points of Stella Maris within a few car minutes or a 10-25 minute walk.

Breezy Hill, has one "round-about" street and a sand-way leads to the parking area for the Villas.

Both houses are very private though they are close together with a few neighbors scattered in between the green. 
The Tennis Villas have their own sign to avoid confusion.
Love beaches, sandy-rocky-beach access, restaurant are 15 - 20 walking or a few car minutes away. View from the back side of the Villas.
There often is a cool breeze and the high level allows a nice view over the Atlantic and Caribbean ocean sides  from sunrise to sunset. 
Each Villa has a master bedroom with king- or queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. Closets are in bedrooms and in the corridor. A bathroom with shower and larger vanity, and a separate toilet with vanity are in between. Both have a partially roofed porch and a balcony with spectacular view. A little garden separates the houses.

 Between both villas there is a little garden.

The way leads to the parking area, to the way to "Breezy Hill"- street and downhill to other Stella Maris areas or beaches....

~~~ Around the Tennis Villas ~~~ 
Tennis Villa I  has the balcony reaching around the house.   Tennis Villa II  has the porch looking into the green of the top of the hill. 
Both Tennis Villas have a balcony overviewing the Caribbean and breezy Eastern side of the ocean. Nice for sun bathing. Shade lovers can enjoy being outside on the roofed porches.
The porches are spacious enough for guests, parties and stretching out.

Both Tennis Villas have rather equal furniture in the kitchen and living area: Sofa, easy chairs, foot rest, a big kitchen table and 6 upholstered chairs. There is plenty of room for 6 people to sit comfortably, though the houses (bed rooms) are designed for a party of 4.
Bedrooms, closets and baths are a few steps higher.

In both villas the floor leads to the baths and second bedroom with twin beds.

Guest bedrooms in Tennis Villa I + II. Both with two windows, 2 twin beds, a writing-desk and closet.
     
Fully equipped kitchens and dinette area in both villas look rather similar and lead to the roofed porch.
   
Bathrooms in both villas are the same:
Each has a half bath with toilet and vanity like on the left, and each has a bathroom with shower and large vanity like on the right.
