Enough seating and a sleeper sofa for an extra guest or child.

Both rooms have queen beds with memory foam, a closet and extra chairs. The Master-bedroom includes the master bathroom.
The guest bedroom has a large computer desk and door to the second full bathroom.

Floor, entrance area     Kitchen

The entrance area leads to the guest bedroom and bath and looks right into the kitchen. A closet provides various items.
Dining- and living area are to the left and lead to master-bedroom and balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen for all needs including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of kitchen items for a normal household and visits.

Both bathrooms look almost alike.

Directly at beach and dock there is a larger pool with tiled shower close to the deck for sun bathing at the water front.
This deep pool is for swimming or sitting in the shallow part under the roof.
It's just opposite of Block G entrance across the calm street.

There is a dock, a sun-bathing deck, kayaking opportunity, sand beaches, swimming just around this second pool.
The Gym belongs to another development. Here you can book single days for workouts (clean and nice, also group training). You can walk and shop in the area and eat in the restaurants.
(10 min walk from the gate along the street, but a car is safer).
The restaurant "Poop deck" is just left behind the gate at a beach, minute walk.
